When placing a custom order, please allow 5-7 business days (upon receiving deposit payment) for the custom design process. This may go slower or faster depending upon how quickly you respond with revisions. Once you make your final approval of the design, the balance must be paid in full before your order is printed and shipped.

For complete wedding packets, allow at least 1-2 weeks for designing, printing, and assembling. We will work together to create a timeline that fits your project and custom design needs.
